We understand that insurance policies can be frustrating and complicated, so an important part of our care for you includes filing your insurance for you and offering a complimentary benefits check to help you maximize your benefits.
Please keep in mind that our relationship, as your dental care provider, is with you and not your insurance company. We do not work for the insurance companies and are often not privy to their fee schedules. Please also keep in mind that most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment. Although we accept and file with almost all dental insurance companies, we are not in-network with all dental insurance companies. We do find, however, that because dental insurance typically does not cover 100% of treatment, there is usually little to no difference between insurance reimbursement when comparing in-network and out-of-network coverage.
Our primary concern is for your dental and overall health. Our treatment recommendations are based solely on your individual needs and not your insurance coverage. Again, we are happy to provide you with a complimentary benefits check and can file a pre-treatment determination with your insurance company prior to beginning treatment at your request.
We will work diligently to help you maximize your dental benefits; however, we cannot render services based on the assumption that the charges will be paid by your insurance company. Because of this, all charges incurred at the time of service are your responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage. We encourage you to be familiar with your benefits and eligibility specific to your dental plan(s). We also accept CareCredit and are happy to help you apply in the office. No Insurance? No Problem!
We want patients to have access to the care and service they need- regardless of their insurance status. We offer an in-house savings plan to those that qualify and our administrative team is dedicated to helping maximize your care while minimizing your out-of-pocket expenses. Often times, this savings plan costs less than a dental insurance policy that you may purchase. Our savings plan is designed to provide affordability and greater access to quality dental care. We also offer the option to pre-pay for services at the patient request.
